For all you girls doing table pictures (I'm doing places we've been together) how are you presenting/explaining it? I was thinking of making a poster with the pictures so that the guests know what they're looking for on the tables, is that too much? Any easier suggestions?

Seeing FH and I are from the Caribbean, we're gonna do picture frames. He's from Trinidad and I'm from Jamaica. So my half of the room will have exotic places in Jamaica like Ocho Rios, Negril and so on. And his side will have pics and labels of places from Trinidad.

Ours are just pictures of us throughout the years with table numbers on them. FH and I have been together over 10 years, and most of our guests know that, so it's kind of a 'through the years' thing.

Im just worried people are going to see the place 'Negril' and be looking all over to find the right table, I was trying to come up with a guide to make it easier to find. The pictures are done and I didn't number them. I don't want people (especially the older ones) to have to walk all around trying to find the table.

I agree with this. That way there will be no confusion about which table is which number and you still get to show off the places you've been

I saw a pic on the knot that I fell in love with...
I'm going to make the table numbers look like post cards - the pic on the front with the table number and location.. and the back will have the description.

if you really don't want to put a number on it, lets say the picture is of Rome, then put the word Rome in bigger letters where you would have put the number. instead of doing numbers you do locations and people will look for the table tih that location on it.
Ex: Mr & Mrs. Smith Rome Table

You're right I think numbers should go on them also.
A lot of times when people use pictures the RH will also put out their own table numbers... for their own workers to know which tables are which...
