Ask the WM, they told us that the oval tables fit 10-14 when we booked. Based on that and the total number we thought we would invite we told our florist and then will give final count for centerpieces when all responses come in- hope that helps...

Re: Table Question
It depends on how you sit everyone also.
I figured out with my amount of people, how many tables I would need with 8 person tables and 12 person tables, then I took a number in between that, a little closer to the 12.
The florists know its an approximate number

Re: Table Question
I am having at least 200 people....12 people fit at a table, but remember, not every table will be filled. I know there will be at least 20 tables.....but I am going to get more than that for centerpieces...just in case

Re: Table Question
you dont give the florist the actual amount of cp's you need till right before the wedding..AFTER you;ve already given the hall the amount of guests..
At out hall, the tables hold 10-14 as well..its up to us how many to sit at a table..

Yes this is true! I am having anywhere between 9-14 people at a table..so you give a rough estimate and when you do you seating arraingements, after the rsvp's are in you will know for sure

Re: Table Question
Our tables hold anywhere from 6-14 people. Why dont you do a rough draft of your table seating to help give you some idea. You have to figure about 10% of your guests will not come.
