Table Runners
I'm contemplating on getting colored table runners for our reception. Is it stupid if I don't do napkins and/or chair sashes too?

i am thinking about this too.our colors are blue & brown so i would do an ivory or white overlay & brown underneath with brown napkins and the blue runner. but i'm really not even close to deciding anything yet, this is just a thought...

Not stupid, I think it would be a nice way to bring in your colors without being too overwhelming.

Table Runners
I bought my runners (at about $3 a piece - total of $79 spent on 21 runners)instead of renting them due to the price and I am not doing chair covers nor sashes nor napkins. I did want to do napkins to match the runners but I thought it ridiculous to be charged per napkin as opposed to a bulk price. I am just using the ivory linen and napkin from the hall! I think the runners are a great idea to add just something a little extra without breaking the bank!

I got mine from Efavormart.com with a coupon (10 or 15% off) but I also saw really nice ones on
www.linentablecloth.com
www.tableclothsfactory.com
I ordered samples first! HTH!
