Table #s

I won custom table #s from above and beyond events at the 2013 shower. I've emailed them, called and left a few messages and put in a request for contact thru their website and never get any contact back. Not sure what to do now. Anybody using them and can suggest a better way to contact them? Was originally planning to DIY the table #s, thinking maybe just to plan to do them myself.
