Table seating etiquette

Im not having a dais, so what is the etiquette on table seating. Are the two table closest to the bride and groom for the bridal party or for the parents?

I would think the bridal party and then the parents the next two tables closest to you and the dance floor.

If you only have one table to put right next to you, I would put the BP so there isnt hositlity between the IL's.

We had our immediate families on either side of us so it was 'equal'.

We were talking about having the 'family tables' immediately on either side of us. Parents and siblings. Then, work it down the heirarchy. Bridal party will be the 2nd tables on either side.
Will you ladies seat the entire bridal party together? I was thinking my ladies would want to sit with my friends to put faces to the names they have heard. And his guys would want to sit with his friends?
That's our current question on the table.
What are you doing?

I'll probably just sit the bridal party with their friends, even though most of them will end up sitting with each other. But there are a few that will be floating within the tables. I'd rather have them sit with whoever they'd like.
