and 09'er came up with a really great idea.... she print out everyones name and then did her seating chart on paper plates (like each plate is 1 table) and said it was so much easier moving people around etc

This is was a really good idea!! I had even seen this idea in a bridal magazine not too long ago!! She printed them out on labels and moved the labels around on each 'table'...makes it much easier to see everything clearly and have a picture in your head of each table

kind of sounds like what monica did on friends...she made a toothpick for each person and then you could move them around easier
