Tahiti, Bora Bora etc..

Has anyone been to French Polynesia in October? I heard its the beginning of the rainy season and not to go...

Anyone have any recomendations?

Hi! We are going on our honeymoon to Bora Bora and Moorea in November. Our Tahiti Specialist says November is the beginning of the rainy season but we aren't worried as it seems like everyone I've talked to says it just rains some and then is sunny and really hot. I think you will be fine in October. Here is a website our agent gave to us that shows weather history.

I am going in the beginning of October..My TA said that the end of oct..nov is the rainy season..however it is not a typical rainy season..it rains it shines..no biggy you can't really pick a bad time to go to FP

I have not heard of a rainy season there...
I heard the weather is fantastic all year round.
I think on the French Polyensian thread there is a link to FP's year-round weather.
