Tahiti Girls - Need advice

hey girls..

FH and I are planning on going to Tahiti in july. We have about 2 weeks for the honeymoon and thought we would spend the majority of it in tahiti, and go somewhere else for the rest of it (4-5days?).

we dont want it to be something totally out of the way .. so any ideas on whats close to there or on the way back to NY? (hawaii, vegas?) oh nothing in california cuz thats where i live!

Hi Sonia -

I went to Tahiti and Her Islands for my honeymoon and it was unbelivable! The only thing is if you are going to stay in that area for 4-5 days I would definitely not stay on the island of Tahiti. Go to Bora Bora or Moorea instead - those are the truly beautiful tropical islands. Tahiti itself is more comercialized, dirty, touristy, the water isn't as nice as you'd expect. We only stayed on Tahiti for 1 day and it was enough. But Bora Bora is the most beautiful place on earth. I wrote a very very detailed review of my trip. Pull it up and take a look - it's got tons of stuff in it. Good luck!!!
