I'm not going to Tahiti, but while I was researching for Hawaii, I found that Aloha Destinations does Tahiti honeymoons. They've been GREAT and VERY INFORMATIVE with me.
Maybe you can look into them for options.

For the Tahiti Romance Holidays division, you can call 888-982-4484. Remember, they are located in Hawaii, 6 hours behind us.

Also, their website is www.mccoytravel.com
When you get to the home page, click on Tahiti, and go from there.

I am going to Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Morrea for my honeymoon in November. The best site I have been on is TahitiExplorer.com. If you put a search on French Polynesia you will find tons of sites. I have heard nothing but good things about the Islands. If you have any questions please let me know. Good luck!!
