I feel so bad but my bridesmaids are having a hard time finding a seamstress/tailor that will do measurements so I can order their gowns on-line. I am a little nervous to suggest a standard dry-cleaner. Some of them have resorted to measuring themselves but that makes me nervous too. Case in point - I was measured 3 times in the last 2 weeks by different salons and each one did it differently and came up with different measurements. Some areas were only an inch or a half off but my bust did not grow 3 1/2 inches in 2 days!!! (wouldn't life be nice?) Anyway, sorry for the rant but.....
Anyone know a place close to Mineola or Oyster Bay that will measure my girls?

Elegent Bride in Albertson, but I am not sure if they will just measure you, but they are awesome with alterations and changes to gowns...
