Take off your engagement ring?

When I'm sleeping, in the shower, cleaning i take it off, but it goes right back afterwards.

I take it off when I shower, wash my hands, clean and sometimes at night because my hands swell.

I take it off at night and when I shower. WHen I told FH this he said, 'what your not engaged in the shower??' (yes and he was serious girls!) I guess he just doesnt expect me to take it off at all. I mean I didnt know when my shower became a hot spot for picking guys up!

Any time I am home... as soon as I walk in I usually take it off because I am doing laundry or cooking or cleaning or whatever....I have a nice little jewelry box for it.

I take it off only when I'm cooking because FH made me feel bad about taking it off AT ALL (Yup, even in the shower!! LOL)

BUT, I'm definitely going to start slipping it off.

In the shower....
When in cleaning....
Sometimes when im cooking
and when im sleeping....I rarely have it on in the house.

hahaha - FH and I were reading your posts last night and we laughed because I never take mine off - except to let people try it on....hahah. He knows and doesn't care because I always used to complain about our best friend who would never let me try her ring on.. I don't see the problem if it is really only special for you and your FH.. All the girls who aren't engaged yet want to try it on! I never care because I always wanted to try peoples ring on when I wasn't engaged just to see how it looks

My FH was the one who told me 'you shouldn't wear it in the shower or when cleaning' he was actually reading the warnings to me from the book that came with it.

I take it off for the shower, cooking, cleaning, sleeping..so nervous I'm going to bang it and lose the stones. But I sometimes forget to put it on after the shower and feel so sad the whole day without it..... FH gets very upset when he doesn't see it on my hand..
