Wow that's really crazy. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I understand having to pay for the dj in full by your wedding, but for photo and video you def should have been able to pay after your wedding since they have to make you a video and album. They sound very unprofessional.

Is there any way you can go to pick up the album instead? Otherwise I would call and just say that you are making sure they received the box that you sent.

I think that if they dont send it then you have to take a day off from work and ask a friend or family member to take you. They cant give you excuses if you are standing right there.
