Is it bad to remove the layers on tulle or whatever is attached to the dress? I like this A line dress but I would love it even more if it was less poofy.

How many layers are okay to remove generally?

I'm having poof taken out of mine. The dressmaker is reducing the tulle and taking in the dress along the sides to de-poof. I can't wait to see what it looks like. I'm having my fitting October 21. Good luck!
