I have a question. We took pictures of the sample Centerpieces that they did. I want to be certain that the CP for that day come out like that or better. Would it be wrong to give the florist copies of the pics we took so she can put it together with the contract?

I was going to keep copies of the pics as well but I thought of giving it to them prior to the wedding day so they can have something to go by.

im confused. they did your sample CP, you took pics and now want to give them pics of their own sample CP?
just being honest but i dont really get it, im assuming that theyre professionals, why wouldnt they remember their own work?

I've read some of the brides here saying how their CP was exactly what they wanted and then the day of it wasn't what they were given. I guess I've let the negatives start getting to me. You're right they are professionals and should know what they are doing. Plus we have great florist.

no its fine i guess if youre that concerned. i wouldnt do that to be honest bc i think theyd be like scratch: what does she want us to do with this? Its like youre saying to them you dont expect them to follow thru with the sample. And Ive only heard of that happening VERY rarely.
..BUT, on the other hand, theyre working for you, handle it how youd like!

No worries. Like I said, if you have a genuine concern about this happening, go for it. Another option might be nicely saying something like 'I know this is silly, but Im just a little worried bc I have heard other brides getting something different than what was shown in their sample, and we really just love what you did with our sample!....you always work directly from the sample shown, right?' Now that may sound stupid, haha, but something like that maybe. You get the point!

I always hear brides say that the sample CP they saw always looks a little different then the ones they get on their wedding day. I am SO worried about that but as long as they look the same for the most part I won't let it bother me.
Why don't you keep the pictures for yourself . I am sure everything will look great!!

That would be fine, Also just some info for ya: Our Florist lets us review all the flowers the night before the wedding, this way its exactly what we want and if something is wrong, they change it.......Check with them, as they may be one of the florists who let you do that....
