Re: Taking Pictures BEFORE ceremony
we're doing pics b4...we're just going to the RH early and doing pics on the property.
Bayard Cutting Arbotoreum in Oakdale opens at 10 a.m. for pics--gotta arrange it before hand though.

Re: Taking Pictures BEFORE ceremony
There's a place someone recommeded to me, because i'm getting married at Majestic Gardens out east, exit 68, so I'll see what the photographer says because for the life of me, I can't remember where this person told me to go.

Re: Taking Pictures BEFORE ceremony
we haven't pfficially made up our minds yet, but we likely will try to take pix prior to the wedding outside of the chuch (It's really pretty...)
We don't have to worry about the 'see the bride for the first time' look, becuase our wedding procession will be according to german/polish tradition, with me and fh walking down the isle together....
Our reception is only 30 min after the ceremony, but our hall is also a 2 min drive away... and like some others, we don't want to miss a moment!

Re: Taking Pictures BEFORE ceremony
I am...the ocean is literally just down the road from my RH (having ceremony on site)...over Ponquogue Bridge...so weather permitting pics will be there before.....we have so many people coming from all over we want to spend as much time with them as possible...i just went to a wedding where my poor friend missed the cocktail hour & a chunk of her reception to take pics...also FH & I have lived together for years so I am over the whole 'first look' thing...i'll have the video & photographer catch that when we meet for pics.
