this is TERRIBLE... every friday a co-worker brings in munchkins.. and i try SOO hard to NOT eat them, but today, with all the stress from the week and the fact that my time of the month is coming i had one...then i had TWO.. and when i had my THIRD ONE... I CHOKED!!! A SIGN THAT I WILL BE HAVING A SALAD FOR LUNCH AND GETTING INTO MY ROUTINE AGAIN!!!

hysterical - I read somewhere that there was the God diet. .. where you basically prayed and asked god to guide your eating choices. . . I kind of feel like if God was prioritizing things. . there are a few things that might come first on the list - like 'I'll get right back to you on that size 6 thing right after I deal with this whole genocide issue'

mmmmm...munchkins are so good! at my last job my boss would bring in cookies or donuts every friday. it was terrible! i'd go to the gym before work and get to work and eat a donut!
