this is TERRIBLE... every friday a co-worker brings in munchkins.. and i try SOO hard to NOT eat them, but today, with all the stress from the week and the fact that my time of the month is coming i had one...then i had TWO.. and when i had my THIRD ONE... I CHOKED!!! A SIGN THAT I WILL BE HAVING A SALAD FOR LUNCH AND GETTING INTO MY ROUTINE AGAIN!!!

forget that...I would have thanked GOD i didnt choke...stop eating them....for the next 10-15 minutes to drink water..then RIGHT BACK AT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
