I was just wondering if you could go into a tanning bed when pregnant? I am thinking no since it probably raises your body temp- I used to love going tanning in the spring so my legs wouldn't be so milky white in shorts...

what about a self-tanner? are you allowed to use those - or is it too many chemicals??

I would ask the dr about self tanners. When in doubt,check with the dr first.

The self tanners a good idea, but Ask about even any cream you put on. who knows whats in it. I Remember last pregnancy I was about to put on a lotion for dry skin (that my dermatologist gave me) and my ob told me better safe to not put it on. it was a category C. Always ask the Dr. First
