Tanning

Is anyone considering going to a tanning salon before the wedding?

I know its not good, but I am considering it

YES, I am going to start like a month before and end about a week before -- so I do not look like a lobster! I get REALLY white in the winter because of my Irish blood and just want to get a little color...I am going to be careful not to overdo it!

Actually, what I really want to try is that new instant tanning thing. I think California Tans does it. You stay in a booth wearing a bathing suit (or nothing should you so desire) and they spray from the neck down while you rotate, lifting your arms and twisting so all of your body gets hit with the tanning spray.

Supposedly it results in a very even, non fake looking glow!

I am definatelt tanning starting in the beginning of April and going up untill a few days before.
For me, it will serve 2 purposes.
1-I won't be the same color as my dress
2-I'll have a base tan for Aruba

As you can tell from my photos (& for the girls that have met me) I am PALER then pale!!! And I don't tan I burn. If that spray stuff works I might consider it. But I think I'm satisfied w/ my bad pale self!!

I'm going to try the 'spray on tanning' that they do at some salons. I've seen it after it's done, and it looks really good I have to say. No tanning salon for me I'm afraid - I've had a pre-cancerous mole removed so sunlamps are not an option for me.

if you going to tan or even use the spray i suggest hollywood tans! they have the cheapest packages,, however they only have stand up beds.. but they do have the machine that sprays you evenly with self tanner also...

I'm probably going to start tanning the beginning of April for my friends wedding. This way by my wedding I have some nice color.

A friend of mine did that spray thing at hollywood tans and said she was orange and couldnt get it off just maybe try it once before hand is my only advice.

I think I will go to tanning I guess a month prior I know it is bad but I am so pale in the winter and i love the way a tan looks

Im going to Grand Cayman about 2 months before my wedding so I will not need those yucky lights, they make my skin feel so thick and rubbery... I hate that!
