ill be going to the tanning salon..my wedding is in august and i have to be careful not to get tan lines at the beach the beginning of the summer

When I want color I usually tan a little and use Dove Energy Glow (I think thats what its called but I know Dove makes it). The stuff works wonders and im pretty pasty myself

Because of issues with skin cancer I wont be going tanning. I will try the airbrush tanning soon to see how I like it.

the beach- I wont go to a tanning salon ever since my mom got skin cancer

Beach to get a good amount and tanning salon to try and fill in the lines... if I just go to a tanning salon, unless I go every day I still look pasty!

I am going to tan in the salon, just so I can control burning (hopefully) and tan lines.

I have had numerous Mystic tans (spray on) they are FABULOUS but - tend to rub off on your garments. The last thing I want is tan rubbing off on my gown.

I did recommend my BM's getting Mystics because of how simple it is to get a perfect tan fast - and they are wearing black

Since we're getting married the second week in July, I'll have a couple of weeks of real suntanning to do. I think that I'll go once a week for the entire month of June, so that IF July isn't as warm and beachy as I'd like it to be (or if I'm going to be so crazy that I won't have time to hit the beach), I'll have a good base to work with. If I have this base and can't make the beach, I'll go twice a week for the first week of July and once the week of....my goal is to glow, not look tanned (if that makes sense).

Going to a tanning salon, but not to be super dark. I went a few times before my eparty and I was tan but I was still pale! lol

I'm going to go to a tanning salon. I used to go tanning each summer about 2 years ago, and then I stopped after reading a bunch of articles about how dangerous they are. I do want to get some color for my wedding, and because it's in November, I can't exactly be laying at the beach getting color. So I figure I'll do the tanning salon a few times, just to get some color. I don't need a dark tan. Just some color. And then after that, no more tanning salons for me!
