Tanning for the wedding

For any of you girls who go to a tanning salon...

When should I start going?

Let me just tell you I did not go to the beach once this summer nor layed out, so I am white white white

I don't want to start too early and wastes money and not to mention my skin

I am just so white and Mikey has nice tan skin 24/7.

My wedding is a few days after you and I will start the second week in November. But I will probably go every other day from then until right before the wedding.

girls!!! i am a tanning aficiando! *who cant spell* ok
START NOW! go only once a week, use the weakest bed they have.. fm the names of the beds at the salon and i can help u pick 1... start with 7 min then grad go up 2 20 min or the max time... IF U ARE WHITE AND BURN EASYYY dont use anything with a tingle factor, only use swedish beauty products, but nothing with a bronzer...if u go everyother day, u will be red, and ur skin wont 'take' as easily... if u feel ur not tan enough like 2 weeks b4 ur wedding go every other day but i would only go and stop at 3 days b4 ur wedding... im olive skin, tan easily, never burn, and i stay red for 2 days after i tan... fm for more questions =)

I started yesterday... I don't want to tan too much at once so I figured I would space it out over the next 3 weeks...

None for me! I went to the tanning salon a couple times this summer and then I was away where there was a beach for a few days. My skin started to look really damaged even though I used to tan a lot, so I stopped. I'm not 17 anymore.

I have a lot of damage to the skin on my face but you cant notice it unless I start laying out (or tanning)...then it gets all blotchy. I think, just so my body doesn't look like casper...because I have pasty Irish skin...I'm going to tan a few times to get a hint of color, but I'll keep a towel on my face.

Beware of the tanning beds ladies...my friend got cancer from the UV exposure...a TON of moles started to appear after years of tanning..some of them were cancerous.

I'm only going a few times before my wedding...I mean, it's nuts, I'm so pale Im practically translucent

Yeah, my damage shows up much more when I go in the sun. My body actually tans pretty well, but my face does not tan without noticeable damage, maybe because I wear spf 15 moisturizer on my face everyday.
