So have any of you done spray on tanning or body bronzing for either wedding or for b-pics, or do you plan to? I have never done any type of fake tanning but want to look a little tan in my dress and don't think I'll make it to the beach before the wedding. .. just tried it on at the end of summer and don't think it will look as good w/o but am worried that it will look fake, or peel, or cause an irritation. . any thoughts???
TIA

Re: tanning/bronzing
I used the Mystic spray tan once, not for bpics or anything, just to do, and it wasn't too bad. On me, the color looked natural, but I also have dark hair so that helps I feel. I've seen girls that are fairer come out looking like oompa loompas.
I wouldn't recommend it only because it definitely has an odor that doesn't seem to go away even after you shower, and I'd be paranoid of it sweating off on to your dress, and from what I remember, it did stain my clothes at times.

I did the mystic tan and didnt like it. Even though i globbed on the lotion on my feet hands knees and everywhere else they tell you to, those spots still came out darker. Yuck!

You should look into airbrush tanning that is done by a person not a machine. It looks really natural and wont rub off on your dress. Its more expensive but looks SICK! Ive gotten it done twice before and will more than likely be doing it for my wedding as well. The girl I go to is in the city. FM me if you want her info.

I just used the neutrogena spray tan stuff, it costs about $10 and they sell it all most drugstores and at target. It doesn't make you super tan, but it helps give you a bit of a glow and evens out the color a bit. It has never come off on clothes.

Re: tanning/bronzing
I spoke to someone at Beach Bum about getting airbrushing and they recommended that I go two days before the wedding, but I am going to do a test run for my bpics. They said it doesnt come off on clothes and should last about a week depending on your activities like gym, swimming, beach, etc. You have to wait 8 hours to shower afterwards.
I would try it out for your bpics and then see how you like it.
