Re: Target Registry???
There are 2 in Commack - one near the Jericho Tnpk/rte 347 split and another one at the Commack Multiplex near Costco and Expo Design. I think that one is the 'super Target'.

Re: Target Registry???
I work near Commack. Definately hit the one in Commack near the movie theater (just off the LIE service road). It's brand new and NEVER crowded (even on weekends), while the other one in Commack is always busy.

Re: Target Registry???
just check the return policy...I have heard its not so good...and you may return some things from your registry (like me who changed my casual plates 3 times!)

Re: Target Registry???
My name is Danielle, and I am addicted to Target
Seriously, that store is like a friggin drug to me. I go in there for toothpaste and can easily drop 200 dollars by deciding to change all the decor in my apartment. FH has put a restraining order on me from visiting that store while we are saving for the wedding, I am so upset

Re: Target Registry???
hi, don't want to be a bummer, but I registered at Target and it was nothing but headaches for everyone....They are not good at taking things off of the registry list - when people check out and pay, they then have to go to customer service and stand on that line in order to have the item removed from the registry. That line can sometimes be a half hour! what would happen is, the people at the counter would tell them they could just leave the registry list, with the item they bought circled, at the desk and they would take care of it later - and then they never would. I got all of my bedding, all of it, two times, same thing with about 3 other major things. My best friend tried calling corporate HQ and the individual stores, and they were all like 'oh well' and not helpful at all....I agree target is a great place to register, that's why I did it, but they are not so good at the registry thing!

Re: Target Registry???
I'm having the same experience as jpsgirl. We figured Target would be a good store in addition to Fortunoff's - but it's been a headache!! Why they make people wait on the customer service line to take stuff off the registry, I just don't understand. It's putting a major burden on your guests.

Re: Target Registry???
I registered at Target- and my guests didn't complain & we got everything we wanted... maybe only 1 or 2 dupes.

Re: Target Registry???
I Love the Target in Levittown. My friend and I wandered around there for almost two hours yesterday! I know they are a little bad with taking stuff of the registry but what place, except for FORTUNOFF's isn't?! I think most people only register there for the smaller stuff--ya know-the more practical stuff--I know they are opening a new one in the Broadway Mall where JCPENNYS was! I'm so excited! HAHA

Re: Target Registry???
Wow I didn't know that about the Target registry! Waiting on a line is ridiculous! I'm still glad I registered though, everyone LOVES that store and my MOH is buying my something from there that;s small every month until my shower so she can give me a whole bunch of little presents.
