Target Registry Problems

Is anyone else having a problem with their Target registry? I've had it up for months now, and besides 1 item that was purchased right after we created it, the ONLY things that show up as purchased are 4 items we were given as engagement presents...

I'm concerned because Target won't let you return anything without a receipt, but nothing is showing up as purchased. (I know people have bought things from the registry and had the checkout person scan it.) I don't really want to wind up with duplicates of things.
