Has anyone had any problems with JCPenney registry??? I'm a bit frustrated...
We decided to register at both Target and JCP. I first went to Target and got the scanner to do as I please...no problems!!! I went back a few times to add to it, and had no problems when calling the 800 number to adjust some stuff.
I haven't had any dealings with JCP but I was originally registering at Macy's and changed over to Fortunoff b/c I had a bunch of little hassles with just setting up the registry. Of course Fortunoff works well for us because most of our gusts are from this area. I am going to register at Target for a few other items b/c I do have some out of towners (plus their stuff is so cute). I recently had very frustrating dealings with Bloomingdales over the china pattern on my MOH's registry list and to top it off, I went there this weekend to maybe get something else off the registry and they didnt stock the flatware or casual china either. The woman said 'How about the George Forman grill' - clearly trying to direct me to one of the things they did have available. So they are quite the needle in my side right now. I feel for your situation though, especially when you want something removed. Some people shop very early to get first pick of the gift list and you wouldnt want someone to purchase one of the items you want removed.
I felt I wanted to get more 'bang for the buck.'
