Tassels for programs?

Does anyone know where I can get tassels to bind my programs? I know there was a post that gave an internet site. I thought I had saved the site in my favorites, but now I can't find it. Can anyone help?

I've seen them at the Paper Access in the city. Their website is www.paperaccess.com. There may be other stores or sites that sell them for less money.
