Tasting today

we went to the Lands End tasting today, when people said the food was good it was an understatement. we were blown away but the apperance, taste and presention of the everything!! We also had our final menu meeting and chose our cake and food, linens and everything. I feel so accomplished today!

it was Amazing!!!! im so super excited!

Wow thats awesome!!!! I am getting married b4 you and I havent even had a call to come in and talk about our menus or cake LOL!!!

You had your final menu planning? We haven't even had ours yet and my wedding is before yours. She said we would do it in May?

ohh noo, dont worry. I asked her to do it Reallllly early becuase i live out of state and wont be back until wedding day. I wanted to do the stuff in person but this weekend would be the last i would be able to make it there. gotta do as much as possible at one time.

sorry didnt mean to freak anyone out.

the salmon and shrimp
chicken breast
pork chop
filet mignon
duck somethin or other
Diver scallops and shrimp

we chose the Filet, salmon and pork chop. Origionally had the chicken but the pork chop was amazing. my favorite was the salmon and i dont even like salmon!

OK thanks, I was nervous but I feel better.

I don't like salmon either and LOVED it. We are going with the filet, the salmon and were trying to decide on the third. Everyone seems to thing we should get a chicken dish, maybe not the one they served but the Herb Roasted on the menu. But FH and I loved the pork chop too.

i was also told i had to have chicken but my mom put it that everyone eats chicken all the time and you will never get a pork chop like the one there so might as well get something different. Besides there is plenty of food at CH including chicken, once they taste the pork i dont think they'll miss the chicken.

Congratulations!!!! We had our tasting the other night, it's so nice to know that your guests are going to be enjoying amazing food, it's a VERY GOOD feeling!!!
