Tastings
Tomorrow I have my tasting at WM. I was wondering what to expect? Do they give you a lot of food??? LOL, just wondering because they told us not to wear jeans and tip the waitstaff. I thought we would be sitting at a table and just tasting a few little pieces of certain things

Tastings - Long Island Weddings
I have no clue as I wasn't sure we had tastings there. Did you ask for one or did they tell you about it??

Go hungry. You eat in the restaurant (but they have a set menu for the tasting). It was a few months ago but I know we had the cold fish salad, calamari, pasta option, eggplant rollatini , 3 dinner options to share (steak, fish & chicken). There might have been some other things. I know we had drinks and cappuccino at the end of the meal.
They give you some food that is included in the cocktail hour, some food that you can choose for cocktail hour and some food during dinner. Basically some of their most popular dishes.

I am surprised. We did ours before we booked. If you have time now, I would try and request going sooner rather than later.

We also had our tasting before we booked. We weren't willing to sign our contract without knowing the kind of food we would be eating. Definitely go sooner!
