Planning on using DermaBlend. I hear that is the stuff that they used on Pamela Anderson to cover her tatoos when she was on BayWatch. Should work, or at least...I hope.

I am not covering up. The tattoo is apart of me.

Re: tattoo coverup
not covering mine up either...but dermablend does work really well. I have used it before to cover up a scar.

Re: tattoo coverup
Dermablend should work well and last a while.
My makeup artist covers tattoos...Perhaps your makeup person has something in her 'bag of tricks' that will help hide your tattoo.
Hope that helps!

Re: tattoo coverup
ok..dermablend *****!!!
The maku-up lady at Ultausspent 20 minutes covering it up with all those different dermablend things and it looks like a blurry mess!!!!!!!!
Im gonna try to run to Fantasia Bridal and check out their $30 kit!
The dermablend was like $15-$35 each thing and you need like 3 different ones

You know what I too was once one who was looking into covering up my tatoos, but now when I think about it I'm not also. You are soo right when you say they're apart of you

Ditto. In fact, I'm getting mine touched up because it is 20 years old and faded.

Re: tattoo coverup
I got my WEDDING DRESS to cover it up! My tattoo is way too dark to cover with make up and I know it would melt off from sweat. I dont want to worry about it all night. Not to mention I am Jewish and I am not supposed to have them in the first place. I dont need cranky old relatives to be pointing at my back when I am under the chuppah for a half hour.
They've got a tattoo kit on their front page. I have not tried it, so I have no idea if it works.

Re: tattoo coverup
I had this dilemma for my brother's wedding, my SIL wanted me to cover the tattoo on my left breast.
I tried Dermablend, and it took forever to cover it (it's dark) and even then it was not the right shade to match.
The one I used that worked great and I will be using it again for my wedding is called Kamaflage and it's by Sacha Cosmetics. Best stuff I've found so far and it matched my skin tone!!
