one of my bridesmaids has tattoos on her arms like shoulders but they are not small and they are colorful. I spoke to her about getting them coverd for my wedding and i have decided to ask her to do so since the dress that they are wearing is spegitti strap and i feel that it will take from potos of me and her togethr like more attention to her then me
what is the best way of asking her to do this and what is out there that will last the whole day

Re: tattoos
I would just tell her what you said to us. As long as you are nice and not confrontational she should understand. And im not sure what is out there but i know they have great stuff!

Re: tattoos
I think airbrushing does this. I know BridalGal was on Mu Fair Wedding and did this. There's a recent review from a girl who used Bridal Gal. Good luck

Re: tattoos
i agree .. talk to her nicely about it and tell her your reasons for asking her to do this. If she's a good and close friend, she will understand and do it with no hesitations.

Re: tattoos
As long as you approach it the right way, it shouldn't be an issue. What you wrote above sounds perfect and she should definitely understand where you're coming from.

Re: tattoos
I agree with the girls what you said to us is perfect, I'm sure there should be no issues. Airbrushing can get expensive though, so maybe IF she is hesitant about that you could suggest you'd pitch in for the cost?

Re: tattoos
I don't think you will have a problem if you tell her what you told us. Just make sure you say it nicely and not make it seem confrontational. I would speak to a make up artist to help you decide the best way for covering up a tattoo. My guess would be by using airbrush make up.

Re: tattoos
i use dermablend, cover fx, or kat von d on my clients to cover up tattoos...you can find it at sephora...i suggest go to sephora and get a sample to try it out.

Re: tattoos
I am not sure what dress I am doing yet for my MOH, so hopefully that solves the problem, but if not I already told her that her tattoo must be airbrushed!!
