IMO, it won't be that big of a deal. If she shows up wearing anything close to white she'll look like a fool LOL, but I don't think you can control what anyone wears.

I don't think you can control what anyone is wearing but, what I can say is...everyone always talks about the person wearing white at a wedding and it is never good.
There is no one who could take attention off of you, unless her taupe dress lights up and turns into a car!
that is so true... I have been to two weddings in the last year that someone has worn white and I heard people talking about them all night.. and not jsut older women.. young ones too .. they werent even subtle about their comments!

I'm just hoping that it's closer to the tan/dark champagne colors I was seeing on their website...I just hate that I can't find a pic of it LOL.
I'm going to try not to stress, because I don't think she's trying to do anything malicious, I didn't think she was like that. Who knows. Maybe I'll just grab the mic and say I'm preggers at her wedding if it ever happens

My mom actually just ordered her dress in taupe....I must admit we were freaking out at first cuz we did not want it to be the same tone as my gown....so we visited my gown again, which is in ivory, and realized that her taupe color is darker then my ivory dress!!
Thank god cuz the dress looks AmAzInG on my mom!

my Bm are wearing taupe. but its taffetta so it actaully looks more like almost a gold. If it is as light as the one in the pic i would probally say something but thats just me.... Good Luck
