Does anyone know offhand how much tax is per plate? I thought it was around 18% is that totally off?
Some are 18% some are 20% for service fee. Tax is additional.
I believe it is 18%.
They tax your total, not per plate. But I guess in the end it's the same. It's 8.625% and then the RH's also add usually an 18 or 20% service charge on top of that.
8.625% tax plus 18% gratuity(sp?)

Most places have a service charge fee, and I think ours is 20% at the Fox Hollow.
