Tax Free?
Is it tax free week in NYC? I am confused. Iwas in Chinatown yesterday and Payless had a No Sales Tax sign in the window, as did the Puma store and a few other hole in the wall shops... If it is, I hadnt heard about it and can't find it online -- anyone know for sure? Thanks!
