I didn't. I think technically it falls under the premise of a service not a product. I worked in a dry cleaners and laundered shirts weren't taxed b/c they were considered a service not a product..I never understood the logic really...and if I'm wrong on that, oops.

no tax on alterations but if you buy a bra or have cups put in they are taxable.

I was taxed yesterday when I got my ring sized. Are they allowed to do that since its a service?
