I thought that my bank made a mistake by depositing $2000 into my account, I was all ready to close the account and run for the border with my new found $2000 when I realized, it's my tax return money I'm so excited! I'm going to give a deposit to the photographer and get myself a new ipod!!

I work for myself so needless to say I don't withhold taxes from myself lol. So, at the end of the year my accountant adds up everything I made and then tells me how much I have to pay. This year I am in shock! Taxes are ridiculous. Even with all my writeoffs I have to pay over 8k? Taxes are not fair. I don't understand why I have to work my butt off just so the government can take my money to pay for things that I don't approve of.
