This may sound silly, but when I go looking for BM dresses with the girls, do they show them tea length dresses or can the girls pick out longer dresses that are shortened to tea length? My girls will all be in the same color and tea length, but I am letting them pick whatever style they are comfy in.
For a friend's wedding we wore tea-length dresses and bought them that length. I think it would cost extra money to have them cut, if that's an issue.
some dresses can be ordered in different lengths... just tell them you want tea length dresses but if there is a dress that is long in the sample but can be ordered in tea length then you want to see them too
You can do both; I was a little skeptical about having floor-length dresses cut down to tea-length though because I'm not sure the proportions will work out as nice. The ones for my girls are Bill Levkoff - they have a really large selection of tea length dresses.
