Centerpieces: you can get inexpensive teapots HERE ($7.00 each if you order 6 or more) also try a google search, maybe you can find them even cheaper.
Invitations: Found these at www.partyinvitations.com you can do a google search for tea party invitations and a lot will come up.

My shower's theme is actually Alice in Wonderland Tea Party!!! All I know is we're doing a photo shoot of me in the kitchen for the invites and drinks are being served in tea cups. I'll ask my BP

I dont know if you would want to go this route, but for centerpieces, they have blooming Teas now. I know LnT's has a kit for29.99 with a glass tea pot and 12 blooming teas. Add hot water, and you have tea and a decoration on all of your tables.
For Favors, depending on what you want to spend, look for something call Tea Forte, its individual tea bags and you can get a ceramic tray, and they are very elegant and fairly affordable. There are several flavors you can choose from.
I would also see if your RH will do cucumber sandwiches or Biscotti to go with the theme.
