quick question... as far as u'r administrators go.. are u inviting them?
i have one principal and two ap's. neither of the ap's are my direct supervisors, and obviously they aren't friends.. okay well one is sort of my supervisor..i guess i just don't respect her like that.. lol i was thinking bout just inviting my principal and not the ap's.. is that bad protocal?

I have the same dilemma -- I love my principal, but think the AP will be REALLY offended if I don't invite her, I don't particularly want to invite her, but just might to avoid future problems from her... so sad that we have to worry about that!

Hi! I am a speech therapist in a public school and in my opinion, I think you should invite who you feel comfortable inviting. I do not believe in the 'politically correct' thing when it comes to inviting bosses to your wedding. I don't like my principal and I wouldn't want to have her at the most important day of my life. I am inviting my supervisor because I have a close relationship with him and I consider him a friend.
So.. you should go with what you feel comfortable with.. don't worry about protocol
Good luck in whatever you choose. Whatever it is, it will be the right decision

I am not inviting any of my principles...but I will put up an invitation in the main office if anyone wants to come to the church...

I am going to do the same thing. I asked a few of the girls in my school who have gotten married recently and none of them invited the principals. I asked a few other people if it was expected of me to invite them and everyone told me no.

I'm not planning to invite my administrators. I'm in a really big school, also I know they wouldn't come (my AP never goes to any functions he's invited to). I'm inviting I think about half of my department that I'm friendly with and a few friends in other departments, I think that's it.
