Teachers I'd Like Some Input
If you've worked with literacy coaches/staff developers, what are some qualities that they have that interest and motivate you?
I was recently placed in this job so I missed all the training and I don't know how to go about it. Plus, my school was restructured and and only the senior people are in my school. I had seniority (only 8 years in, gotta love the NYCDOE) but now I am one of the LEAST senior people on staff working with all the more experienced teachers. I am a bit nervous and any input would be really helpful!
