TEACHERS - Where to Get Credits Past Masters

TEACHERS - Where to Get Credits Past Masters

I'm ready to start taking credit courses so I can increase my salary. I'm wondering where to go.

I'm looking at the Dellecave Institute, New York Center for Teacher Development, Leeds Corporation, SCOPE and the Long Island Learning Institute for Educators.

I'd appreciate anything anyone could tell me about these places and the courses they've taken there. I don't want to throw my money away. These courses aren't cheap.

Thanks.

i would def try dellecave, thats where all the teachers at my school go

Re: TEACHERS - Where to Get Credits Past Masters

Why's that? What's so special about Dellecave?

Re: TEACHERS - Where to Get Credits Past Masters

I take classes through Dellecave because they are a little bit cheaper than Scope (the other in-service provider favored by my district). The online courses are verrrry easy, in my opinion. You can knock 'em out quick but actually come up with some good lessons plans and ideas while you're at it! I racked up over 15 credits easily this year, and I am an English teacher and do the school plays, so I am super-busy after school (gives you an idea of how easy it is to fit the work into your schedule). Hope that helps!
