Teachers....Literacy Observation Lesson Needed-Pre-K

My principal is observing me next week and I need a kick-*** lesson for my 3 year olds. Can anyone help me out w/ a lesson they used that they have feedback on. Something very hands-on.

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!
