Teahcers - did you take pics of your classroom?

here is mine.. (no carpen- we are still waiting to see if they are getting us one)

I teach middle school special ed. so mine's a bit different. I love your room though!!! I love all the fun stuff in elementary rooms!!!

I really love your writer's gallery. Is it on the blackboard? and, did you use magnetic clips?

I haven't taken any, but I'll be sure to take some when I go in tomorrow and send them to you. I teach 4th grade so my room will be a geared more towards the upper grades but im sure there are ideas you can get from it....Your room looks fantastic...So child centered!

HOW CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes I wish I was an elementary school teacher, I love to buy school supplies for my nephew I would love to do it for little kiddies as well

So cute! I never thought of taking pics. It's so much harder as a HS teacher to decorate...posting the weather and ABC's would make them feel bad LOL

I have a HUGE bulletin board that I put white paper on and did orange and black borders---yes, many are thinking, 'that's Halloween-y', BUT you didn't know that my school's colors are orange and black! lol It's Halloween year round at my school. Also, I have up a calendar on the other bulletin board and 5 steps for writing and good openings and closings (paragraph writing examples). The bulletin boards will be fully adorned by their work by the end of next week though : ) I should take a pic....now that I think of it! lol Oh, I'm really excited because this year I have my OWN room! For the past few years I've had 3 rooms to run around to and from! YAY!

thanks its a bulletin board - so I put different colored construction paper so each student has its own space (their names will be added to each space eventually) Staples sells clips that have 2 pins so you can stick it into the board -its soooo much easier than stapeling them each month!

some teachers did it on the blackbard and use magentic clips

I miss my classroom . I'm teaching resource room this year, grades K-4. I taught K for 5 years before that. This is the first year that I'm not looking forward to going back.

ETA...I only have a small room/office. Not much to set up and decorate.
