Techincal problem with Live Chat

Is there any way to fix the screen in live chat. Every time there is a new entry, I am repositioned back to the middle of the screen. So, since there is a new posting every few seconds, I can't read anything at all because the screen won't stay still. Is anyone else having this problem?

Techincal problem with Live Chat

Should work fine with IE. Try closing your browser and logging back in.
