I have. They do work. Just be careful when you put them on if you use them. They made my gums pretty sore because I had the strips partly on my gums.

I don't really like the strips b/c they hurt!! I am very sensitive to them. I used GO SMILE and had very good results.

I've used them lots of times, aside from a little sensitivity in the beginning, I always get good results.

I agree. I too had them on my gums and boy was I in pain! I suggest doing them maybe a mo. before your wedding that way, in case you too experience sensitivity you can stop for a week or 2. Oh, and I use crest's whitening mouth wash too! Totally works!

I used the rembrant whitening from oral B and they were awesome! It was only 5 days and I notices a major difference. and they were only like $17.99 My teeth and gums weren't sensitive afterwards either

Re: teeth whitening
They will make your teeth more sensitive to cold and hot...I am planning on using them for a week before the wedding, not the full 10 days though!

they work, but you'll need to re-do after a couple of months...
