Can you girls please recommend any over the counter product or a relatively 'inexpensive' place to go? I was looking at pictures from yesterday (my sister had her fourth child) and I hate the way my teeth don't look white at all...Help!!
I used the crest white strips and they really worked. I loved my teeth when it came to the wedding. I started it about 6 weeks or so b4 the wedding. If you're a coffee drinker (I know it sounds silly) you should drink through a straw. I was doing that for a while b/c I didn't want any stains or anything to mess up the whitening. Plus, drink lots of water and floss twice a day. I was so happy with the results. Now I'm slacking, but at least they looked great for the wedding day.
I love the Crest white strips( results after first strip and you can use more than one per day ) and zooming can hurt

A lot of girls recommended Laser Plus Spa so we went there. It was great.....$99 bucks each & I saw a difference on FH and since people were asking me if i got my teeth whitened it must've worked![]()
i heard the listerine whitening prebrush rinse works really well. i'm going to pick up a bottle this weekend.
i have used crest strips and they work pretty well. i have also tried the brite smile travel size whitening sticks, they worked pretty well. there is also another toothpaste i used, that i can't think of the name of now and that worked the best for me. i saw the difference in just a 2-3 days. i bought both this toothpaste and the brite smile sticks through QVC, but i know they also sell the toothpaste in the Victoria's Secret catalog. I'll have to look and find out the name of it. I think both of them were somewhere around $30-40.
My dentist said to only use the crest strips. she said they are the only ones that will actually work. And I did use them and after 3 days I saw a difference!! definelty worth it!
I have used the crest white strips and didn't notice any change. I know my dentist said its like $500 for them to do the whitening, I know its kinda expensive but I am going to do it a couple months before the wedding.
