I bought those new 5min a day crest strips, but I havent cracked open the box yet. I'll report my findings when I do!

I just had it done last week by my dentist. I am very happy with the results.
I saw that some people said they didnt notice a difference - im not sure if the person who did theirs matched their teeth color to model teeth before and after. I noticed my teeth looked nicer, but i REALLY noticed a differece when she placed the fake tooth that matched my original color to my teeth after the whitening... its not always a HUGE dramatic change, my dentist said, everyone has different results. I also have to pick up my trays to continue the whitening at home, im sure this will make even more of a difference.
oh and what i like also.. is that my dentist then gave my a flouride treatment after to help prtotect my teeth!

ive done both about 5 years ago i did the white strips 2 years ago my dentist made me a mouthpiece that i fill with gel stuff and wear to bed
i havent done it in a while - im going to start again soon
