I'm planning on using the crest white strips since they have worked for me in the past but I'm also tempted by those ZOOM whitening treatments - I would probably get it done a few months before the wedding and touch-up (if needed) with white strips in the weeks leading up to the big day.

I did Zoom! from a deal on Groupon. I did it in May, teeth are still pretty white. I may do it one more time right before the wedding if I can find another deal for $99. If not, the crest stips work great. Just a heads up though- Zoom made my teeth SUPER sensitive for about a day and a half. I was miserable! Make sure you don't have anything planned the few days after!

Crest White Strips all the way! I used to work at a dentist and I was going to do the prof. whitening but my teeth are too sensitive.
I used two boxes of the gentle crest white strips and my teeth whitened 3 shades.

I did the teeth whitening in the mall because my mom gave me a gift certificate. They say it lasts 6-9 months. I honestly don't notice any difference.
