I was reading post of girls on LIW that were doing a mix of perixode and Baking Soda. I just wanted to know do you first brush your teeth and then use the paste? Also how long do you leave it on for? I was also told to use more baking soda then perioxide, and help would be appreciated.
Thanks Girls in advance!!

I dont know much about the peroxide and baking soda. But the Crest whitestrips are GREAT! You will see the results in a couple of days.

I just started these and used them 2x and already see a difference. I've used them in the past thought and be prepared to have some very sensitive teeth. I got special toothpaste this time for the sensitivity so hopefully it will help.

Re: Teeth Whiteninig
I just bought the Listerine whitening pen. I just started using it yesterday so I can't really say if it works or not, but you can use it up to three times a day and it conviently fits in your bag (<--I sound like a commercial!! )

Re: Teeth Whiteninig
i'm scheduled to do britesmile next week. i haven't paid for it yet and i keep going back and forth if i should really spend the money or not.
any advice??
ps- i have done the strips and another special toothpaste that i got from QVC and they both really worked. i just wanted something more permanent for right now that i didn't have to worry about brushing or putting the strip on!

I'm pretty sure that's the kind I used a few months ago and it worked AMAZING!!! I'm planning on starting it up again probably about a month or two before the wedding
