EIther Italian or Ranch. Ranch is when I want to take all of the good out of the salad and make it bad for me.

FOr me it's a toss up between Kens Lite Romano Italian and Kens Lite Balsimic Vinagarette. My favorite restaurant salad dressing is the italian from Fridays.

Most of the time I eat my salads plain, but sometimes I put this sesame teriyaki sauce on it and it is delicious. If I had to pick a creamy one, it would be blue cheese on the side!

Honey Mustard. I would kill to know what kind they use at the St. James in Mineola - I love that kind.
Other than that, when I buy from the supermarket, it's Thousand Island.

I love to make my own - olive oil, balsamic vinegar mixed with herbs (oregano, parsley), salt and pepper..

I love Hellmann's Ranch dressing! Very very fattening -- but the best ranch IMO out there. I also like balsamic vinegarette and italian.

Lately it's been balsamic vinegar ONLY. BUT, if I really want a good good salad, it's Paul Newman's Ceasar dressing for me!
