Tell me about Lillettes...

Tell me about Lillettes...

Is it very big inside? Are there a lot of appointments at one time? Good Staff?

I am going on a Thursday evening (Sept. 24th) and I just want to know what to expect.

The staff is wonderful...especially Gerri! I love her to death.

The space is relatively large, there are 3 dressing rooms upstairs, and then I think more downstairs. But they usually do all the brides stuff upstairs. It's not all fancy and pretty like Kleinfeld's or Bridal Reflections, but they're also moving soon, so that will probably be changing in the future.

They'll help you pull off the racks and explain each dress, but they'll also let you pull as well. Unfortunately however, they won't let you take pictures until you order.....but if you have someone that has a camera phone..........well you get the point

Carol was great too!!!!! They did not have my dress there to try on but I tried on a bunch of others and it was a good experience. After I finally tried MY dress on and loved it I went back to order it from them!!!

I did the same thing! I found my dress elsewhere but ordered it from Lillette's even though they didn't have the sample!

im going to be the odd man out since so many girls love them, but i HATE it there.

The sales woman made me cry. She told me I was too picky and would never find what I like. She yelled at my mom when she said she didnt like heavy satin dresses. She didnt fluff the train.

It was the WORST experience i ever had. Im sorry to the girls that love it, maybe i went there on an off day, but NO ONE should be treated the way I was.

She kicked me out! She said if I didnt like the four dresses she pulled for me, then I wouldnt like anything and she was done with me,

No lie....

WOW Ali.........I'm so sorry to hear that! If I would've had your experience I certainly wouldn't be going back either. Do you know who the consultant was??? I'm working with Gerri and she must've pulled at least 20 gowns for me........I can't believe the woman wouldn't pull more.

there was another woman there who was so nice!! she had an accent... I wish I had her..

i really dont remember her name because i was just so devastated. I know most people love it there so im aware i was a rare case, but in the entire wedding planning, it was the WORST thing ever

I think I've been there 4 times now (I lost count) - I worked with Lidia (primarily) and Geri filled in the last time. I've had a very pleasant experience so far.

for some reason, i feel you had Lydia..not the nicest of the bunch. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.

I've been working with Gerri and couldn't have asked for a nicer /helpful person

I really like lillets expecially Gerri she is great she really takes her time with you the place is not that big but they have hundreds of dresses and they are moving to a bigger location in october I think. Everytime I went it was not super busy I went on Saterday afternoons I think they space out there appointments very well I also never had any problems getting an appt you should call them and go look.
